INTRODUCING IDENTITY FRAUD
RESOLUTION SERVICE
We believe peace of mind should be available to all
of our policyholders. As part of our commitment to you we now help
to provide that peace of mind with our Identity
Fraud Resolution Service.
By choosing Washington Mutual Insurance Association,
you and any resident household members will be provided with our
Identity Fraud Resolution Service through our partner,
Identity Theft 911®, the
nation’s leader in identity management and fraud education.
As our policyholder, you will have unlimited
one-on-one access to a highly experienced fraud specialist. From
the moment you call, this specialist becomes your personal advocate and
ally, guiding you through the resolution process, step-by-step, until the problem is fully resolved and your good
name and peace of mind are restored. Your advocate will even follow-up
after resolution is complete to make certain there has been no
reoccurrence.
|
In addition, as a Washington Mutual Insurance policyholder you will
have unlimited access to our identity theft educational website, which
we encourage you to visit regularly:
www.wmia-idtheft.net
After your service has started and you suspect your
identity has been compromised or need immediate Identification Recovery
assistance, call Washington Mutual Insurance at (800) 631-6015 during
normal business hours to be referred to a fraud specialist from Identity
Theft 911. Please have your policy number handy.
